WEDDINGS, receptions & banquets
The Dubuque County Fairgrounds and Event Center has several facilities to accommodate your event needs. Our normal rental rates for the Grand Ballroom include five (5) hours of reception time, tables and chairs, set-up and clean-up, security and our bar staff.

Grand Ballroom
This is a wonderful venue for weddings, anniversaries, auctions, banquets, benefits, trade shows, expos, holiday parties, conventions, dances and SO many other events. It can be utilized with varying set-ups and layouts to customize your special event to your vision!
*$200 per extra hour, over the 5 hour event time.
Important Note: Our rentals do not include prior day set up. In order to guarantee set up the day before, you must book the day before as well.
For information on renting Show Barns, Parking Lot and other Grounds areas, feel free to call or email us.
These typically run $500 for 5 hours of event time, and $200 per hour after those 5 hours.
Outdoor Festival Garden
The Outdoor Festival Garden can accommodate groups of any size and rents for $400. It has a stage and an open air pavilion to make your ceremony perfect.
$400 for a 1 hour ceremony when you book the grand ballroom for your reception! Includes 75-100 Chair set up for the Festival Garden.
5 Hour Rental for Festival Garden Area for Ceremony and Reception: $600.00 – Includes Table and Chairs set up for 100, $15/hr per Bartender, and $30/hr for security.
